Lara is a Canadian-based Registered Holistic Nutritionist specializing in women's health. She is the creator of the Transformation Method and is known for her grace-based approach to establishing sustainable eating and lifestyle habits. She believes in making slow, gradual changes over time and loves incorporating a diverse range of ethnic foods into her recipes.
