I am the founder of Nutrition Her Way and the Transformation Method.
I’m a former Corporate Controller turned Nutritionist. Seeing my fellow sisters thrive in their health—and, in turn, their lives—is my passion. I genuinely believe that we can transform our health if we are intentional about our nutrition & lifestyle.Schedule a discovery call
The turning point
I am in my mid-40's and in the full throes of peri-menopause. I have experienced hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, stubborn eczema, and thyroid imbalances. I can safely say I have been through everything that I guide my clients through. I can also honestly say that I feel better today than I did in my 20's!
I have dedicated the last 10 years to researching and learning about women’s health. Now I help women do the same.
