Our COVID story (part 2/2)

A week ago I provided you with a post on how we contracted Covid-19, the symptoms we experienced as a family as well as the testing process. 

In this post, I would like to share the things we did to help ourselves through the Covid recovery process.

Everything you need to know is in the video shared. As a summary, below are some resources I referenced in the video.

Supplements we took:


Vitamin C, 1000mg/day

Vitamin D, 1000 IU/day

Omega 3 EFA (fish oil) 

Zinc Picolinate, 5mg/day

Probiotics, 50 Billion CFU/day

During Covid:

We did all the above except we increased Vit C to 4000mg/day and probiotics to 100 Billion CFU/day.

Added herbs from the TCM clinic


We continued with all the supplements we were taking pre-covid but increased our dosage of probiotics to 500 Billion CFU/day for 30 days.

We also incorporated breathing lung opening exercises shared in this video
