Quick Golden Latte

This is a delicious and simple way to increase your metabolism, warm up your digestion, and include antioxidant-rich nutrients into your daily life!
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp organic turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp real cinnamon powder
- 1/2 inch ginger thinly sliced
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener or raw honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a small pot outside of the sweetener and place over high heat. Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Strain and enjoy immediately.
