If you're wondering where I've been, I've been busy with two things. The first, launching my first group of clients through the 21-day Reset, which launched in January. Second, surviving COVID-19 with my family. It's certainly been a busy time but extremely rewarding! So much so that I have decided to run the 21-day reset again in February. I also wanted to share with this community our experience with Covid. I know that many of us are afraid of contracting this virus and have many questions about it. So I have done my best to talk about our personal experience with this. See the video below, and feel free to email me if you have further questions.
This video is a two-part series. This initial video summarizes how we contacted the virus, what symptoms we experienced, and the testing process. I will share a follow-up video next week sharing what we did to help ourselves recover.
* NOTE: that this was our personal experience. It does not mean that everyone reacts this way. I know others who have been hospitalized with severe respiratory issues. As well as others who have had no symptoms beyond a high fever for 24 hours. I hope this helps you in some small way.
